Return Policy

Upon delivery of products: When purchasing a product you have a right to return the product, without giving reasons, for a period of 14 days. If your order contains several products, the 14 days start the moment you receive the final product in the order. During the withdrawal period you are ONLY allowed to unpack the product as far as is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and efficacy. In short, you may only handle and inspect the product in the same way you would in a physical shop. You are only liable for the product's devaluation should your use of it deviate from as described above. To initiate a return, please use the corresponding form.
